I used to wear earplugs and they would cause fullness and discomfort. These offer surprisingly good sound blocking. Not quite to the same level as earplugs but it does the job for me. Plus the eye mask blocks out more light than my previous pair. Honestly it’s like a hug for your face while you sleep.

I especially love the ear muffs, the cushions are very soft and comfort when putting them on the ears, and they BLOCK the noise alright, enough so they work for me. They would be perfect for travel or on a plane. I just need to find a way to wear them comfortably during the night as I'm a side sleeper.
